By creating an account or using Meal2Grocery ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Meal2Grocery is a household meal-planning and grocery-list application. It allows users to create meal libraries, plan weekly menus, auto-generate grocery lists, and track ingredient prices across shops.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any other user's account.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
- Abuse the invitation system to send unsolicited email.
5. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you create (meals, ingredient lists, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your household members.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
